Kalispell Avenue

This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath unit inside a 3 unit house. This unit doesn’t share any walls with the neighbors so noise is minimal. Upstairs are two rooms and then downstairs is the bathroom, kitchen and living room (both of which have lofted ceilings) and the third bedroom. There is a shared backyard which is nice for summer months especially! The house is located a few minute walk from downtown Whitefish so the walkability is really nice and convenient for grabbing quick groceries, going to a coffee shop or just an evening walk. Utilities should be pretty minimal. Water is a flat $75 a month and then power is just whatever is used in the unit.

I’m a 26 y/o male and have been living in the valley since 2019 and have worked several jobs in the area included a few season with the NPS so camping, climbing, backpacking, skiing are things I enjoy doing alot! Currently I work for a documentary production company so I will be working from home often (editing) but will also be out on location filming from time to time. Friendships are important to me so I like having people over for dinner or for game night etc…but I am pretty low key and don’t “party”. I place alot of value on home life and want the place I live to be a place where everyone feels safe and at home and comfortable and feels like they are living in a positive home space!
