Rate is $700/month There is only one other resident in the home. Rate includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Also includes use of kitchen and common areas. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. References, credit check and deposit required…along with a 6 month lease. I have 2 cats. You will rarely see them but you must be ok with animals. Must be a non-smoker. No pets, vaping or overnight guests.
