In the process of closing on this condo property in early-mid May and I am looking for a roommate. Property listing description included below for reference. Both the upper loft/balcony area, which I will be adding walls and converting into a private bedroom space, or the master bedroom and attached bathroom are available room options. Utility costs will be a flat monthly fee of $150, including internet, water, electricity, etc. Pictures included are of the property listing/current owners, so furnishings will be different than what is currently shown.

Lease would be 6-months terms with first/last month required for initial desposit. Only other initial fee is $40 for a basic credit/background check that will be required.

Property listing description: Beautifully appointed, open concept, upper unit in fantastic, convenient location. Soaring cathedral ceiling in living room with lovely gas fireplace, open to kitchen/dinette with breakfast bar, staggered cabinets, SS appliances and gleaming Brazilin cherry floors. Huge family room, also with cathedral ceiling and skylights, could be an additional bedroom. Another vaulted ceiling in the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A second bedroom and full bathroom, plus an office space and laundry complete the main level. Large loft area upstairs is a flexible space that could be a bedroom, office, or den. Patio doors lead out to relaxing balcony. Garage has epoxy floor.

A little information on your potential roommate (me): 29-year-old single male, I work an 8-4 office job, do CrossFit in the morning and spend typically 3-4 days a week playing volleyball or out with friends in the afternoon. So, time spent at home is often limited lately. Very laid back and low maintenance person overall.
