Hello my name is Manny, and I have 3 available rooms (unfurnished) ready for move-in. I am seeking for responsible entrepreneurs that are genuinely focused on improving their overall quality of life. This location is 5 minutes away from willow wood mall. And has many local restaurants and sceneries around the area. There is a$200 down deposit, and is $650 a month. 15 minutes away from Bush Airport, and 5 minutes to beltway 8 and 249. My goal is to create an environment with entrepreneurs that can hold each other accountable for attaining their short-term and long-term goals. We want to encourage, motivate and help each other to become business owners, debt-free, and become independent civilians!
