Approx 225 sqft) in a large 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom duplex apartment in Bedstuy/Ocean Hills. 2 blocks to C train @ Rockaway Ave and about a 10 min walk to the L/J/Z/A/C @ B’way-Junction. Also 3 minutes walk to a large stocked supermarket and two blocks to Daily Press Coffee and Bar and 10 mins walk to All Night Skate.

First Floor has direct access to a large backyard patio that has been a huge relief for all in the home during the pandemic. I sometimes do movie nights out there and BBQs too. Lots of light and a huge kitchen with pantry space and granite countertop.

There is a washer and dryer in the house, which in NYC is rare and saves money and time!

No couples please (sorry).

The house is smoke free and in a quiet friendly street close to Bushwick or Crown Heights borders. Free street parking.

The bedroom is huge 15’ X 15’ (225 sqf approx.), it’s the largest room in the house. It’s on the second floor and it has beautiful light and 2 large windows overlooking the patio. It has 2 closets, and the spaciousness of the room allows for great storage options, you can fit a queen bed plus a couch and more.

All rooms needs a security deposit of one month rent. Utilities are flat $100 per person per month. Includes: Energy, Gas and Internet.

I am a queer latina filmmaker in my late 30s, and have lived in NYC for 12 years. I am happy to say that I am still in love with this city. I run a Queer Film Festival. If you are not LGBTQ identifying and/or a person of color, please be both a queer ally and practice anti-racism.
