Only 15 to 25 minutes from Downtown, you’d have the downstairs of this Priest Lake home to yourself. Unfortunately I have 3 cats, so the landlord wants no more animals coming in (please have no pets, I’m so sorry).

It’s not giving me the option to add the monthly bills in, but water+electricity are less than $200 monthly, which would only be $100 for each of us to pay for that each month. Not bad at all in this economy (: $1000 for rent AND bills combined is a steal

Your space: 2 closets in your space downstairs, one bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity, laundry room across from your bathroom, and the kitchen is the only thing upstairs. Feel free to chill in the upstairs living room, it’s cute. I already have over half of the kitchen cabinets empty for a roommate’s things.

200 square feet room for you downstairs, kind of like a studio apt. You’d have a bathroom with a standing shower (no bath, but you can always ask to use my bath if you ever need one). Paint the bathroom however you like, or you can tell me what colors and I can paint it for you lol whatever you’re comfortable w, its just mad ugly rn with the yellow and I get it. Landlord said you can totally paint over the wood panelling in your room, but that would devastate me LOL– it’s so cute and cozy with the panelling. But it would be your room, so I’d get over it

Even though you’d be living downstairs, I keep quiet when walking around! I’ve lived in a first floor apartment before– and a basement– so trust me when I tell you I know how loud it can be. I’m veryyy considerate when it comes to noise, privacy, comfort, and respect. I can’t say the same for my cats, though, and I can always put them in their room if they’re running around like elephants.

Don’t worry about any cat smell- I use pine pellets instead of cat litter, so the room I set up for them upstairs literally just smells like a cabin, like a tree LOL idk how to explain it. It just doesn’t stink, thankfully– I’m also a professional cleaner and can borrow the carpet cleaner from work anytime if there’s ever a mess on the carpet.

When I’m away, I leave the cats out since they don’t tear anything up, but if that bothers you just tell me! I can close them off in their room when I’m not at the house! They’re cats, they’ll learn to be happy w that lol, and the room isn’t directly above your space so it should be quiet enough.

I really need someone living here by June 1. If that and the rent price work for you, PLEASE let me know! I’ve only gotten messages from either guys or girls who’d be bringing their boyfriends with them, and my landlord said no males. He’s had too many bad experiences with trashy-male renters, so I don’t judge his decision at all. I’m actually happy he made that a rule LOL. Let me know!!<3

OMG also the downstairs fireplace does not work, please don’t try to make a fire in it LOL

It would just be me and my 3 cats staying here with you! I don’t have many friends over too often, so don’t stress about strangers being in the house. Lately I’ve been working on building my saving up more, so I spend most of my time either working or resting.

I’m neurodivergent, so I definitely have a lot of sensitivities, but nothing that would be a problem at all if you’re chill. I only ever have issues with rude/ignorant idiots who ignore boundaries lol.

My mom lives 5-7 minutes away– over by Compton’s– so if there’s ever an emergency, she could be here asap to help. Yes, I’m 24 years old and tight w my mom, its amazing and I’m glad you’re not judging me lol

A LOT of my decor upstairs did belong to my Granny, so if you ever wanna have friends over and chill in the living room upstairs, just put her blankets in the coat closet, please (just in case of drink spills!<3)

The laundry room is downstairs in the garage area. I only do laundry maybe once or twice a week, so don’t worry about me being down there making much noise at all

There is a garage, but it’s directly under my bedroom so I’ve been using it. Let me know if you absolutely need to use the garage ever, and of course we can switch. There are 3 entrances– 2 of which lead to your space downstairs– the front door, and the door at the side of the garage. There’s also a back door on the deck. The back yard is fenced in and I’m really excited for summer!! I just wanna get a hammock and read out there forever, it’s beautiful. You can also obviously have kickbacks in the backyard if you’re not into reading, I get that completely lmaoo
