I live in a quiet neighborhood with access to all the desirable amenities of the Sellwood neighborhood. I live less than a mile from a beautiful park and the Max line. Your room is fully furnished for a smooth, easy move. The house comes with a newly upgraded kitchen and bathroom. There are still some minor upgrades to the common living area, but your bedroom is complete.
