In search of two female roommates to share a beautiful home. Two rooms available immediately. Each room is $1,150 and $1,200 depending on the size room. Rooms are semi furnished but I can remove the items. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Utilities included: Electricity/ Gas / Water included/ wifi/ Gardener.

Home is located in a fully gated community in Sylmar, close to the 210 fwy. The property features an open floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a formal living room, dining room and family room that is open to the spacious kitchen. The community has a pool, spa, basketball court and playground. No pets allowed. If you’re looking for a clean, safe and peaceful house this would be a good fit. No overnight guest, must be clean, responsible and doesn’t work remotely. Only the homeowner lives in the house. Applications will be subject to a credit and background check.

I’m a full time working professional, I mainly work from home. I’m female, in my 30’s, I enjoy having a good time on the weekends and stay pretty busy with work during the week. I enjoy my quiet time and coming home to a relaxing place.
