Nickolis's room

It is the master bedroom, it has a walk in closet, and a private bath.

The house is well kept, and lived in. The room is a 190 sqft. The kitchen has all the goods, bathroom is basic, living and dining room are pretty spacious. I do have another spare room that I am going to make an exercising room. 5 minutes from jc, Bus stop is close, santa rosa creek trail right behind the home and there is access from the backyard. The nieghborhood is quiet, and is safe.

I live with my 10 year old. We enjoy lots of activities from lakes, ocean, fishing, hiking, and camping. We also like to have some lazy days. We cook, we bbq, we play video games. We like lots of stuff.
