We are looking for a roommate to complete our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. The complex name is Avalon Silicon Valley (https://www.avaloncommunities.com/california/sunnyvale-apartments/avalon-silicon-valley/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmblist) and we are two male professionals working in tech. One of us has a small dog and this complex it pet friendly as well.
You will have you own private bathroom as well and your name will also be added to the lease. Utilities are not included on the rent but if this seems like a good fit to you DM me and we can go from there.
Only thing we ask is that you’re a chill person with the usual shared household respect.
About the roomies
We are two male professionals working in tech. One of us has a small dog and this complex it pet friendly as well.
Neither one of us smoke and drink socially.
