NOTE - Price negotiable Hi hi loves! I’m Maggie and I’m looking to rent out a bedroom in my two-bedroom one bath apartment in Falls Church VA! My partner and I are splitting but I really love this place and don’t want to move. The complex itself, Alister Falls Church, is well-maintained and has some lovely amenities, including a grilling area, an Amazon Hub and a great pool. It’s quiet, peaceful and all the neighbors are super friendly - a mix of both young professionals and families. It’s super close (less than 10 minutes driving) to the Beltway, Tysons Corner (with all of its big corporate offices lol) and downtown Arlington. There’s a Whole Foods and Trader Joes literally right next to it as well as a whole bunch of great restaurants for takeout. The kitchen has great appliances and is really roomy. The balcony overlooks a lovely little clearing that’s so nice to sit out on in the summer. There’s also a washer and dryer in unit. Parking is $30 and there’s plenty of it and utilities are usually $150-$200. The room itself is unfurnished but there might be a few things, like those curtains in the pics, which I can pass on to you. Overnight guests are absolutely welcome and parties too but communication is a must! I don’t mind smoking (weed or cigarettes) or drinking or partying at all, I’m very easygoing in general. I definitely like to have friends over myself so ideally you’d be cool with that too. I have an adorable kitty who you’ll love! He’ll most likely be staying with me but he’s chill af, super vocal and very fluffy! He loves cuddles, watching you cook and following you to the bathroom. My name is on the lease now but it’s ending in May and I’d love a cosigner for renewal not necessary at all though! Move-in could be as soon as April 17th, depending on logistics. I’m bi myself and very, very LGBTQIA+ friendly! I strongly prefer to room with someone who also respects such a mindset/environment. I’m super friendly and I don’t mind cleaning at all, I like to keep a tidy home. I bought almost all of the furniture in the pics so they’ll stay, besides that gorgeous sectional which will have to be replaced when my partner moves out (R.I.P). The whole apartment was recently remodeled and is very modern.
