South 17th Avenue East

This is a moderately sized room with an ample closet. The room is filled with lots of natural light each day and you can even see a little bit of Lake Superior from the window. The property is super cozy and charming, with a dining room, living room, and backdoor balcony that is so lovely all year round. The area is not only beautiful but convenient too, for both walking and driving. Canal Park and the boardwalk are accessible by foot, as is downtown Duluth. A SuperOne along with several other stores are a half mile away. I have lived here for over a year and it has been my first living space away from my parents, and I have been comfortable and making so many good memories all the while.

Roommates consist of me (Meghan, female, 22) and Slade (Male, 24). We are not a couple. Both of us work often and are college students, however I am taking a break for now. We are friendly and energetic and a teeny bit eccentric, but for the most part we both keep to ourselves and value privacy, however we are totally down to hangout now and then. For example, we are always interested in having a bonfire or trying to catch the Northern Lights if we can (two awesome things Ive been able to enjoy more while living here). I am an artist, I love fashion and makeup, I love the outdoors, I love reading. I like to have the radio on playing music in my room but never too loud. I am personally a night owl however Slade works early mornings. Slade likes fashion and antique decorations and he has made the shared spaces look beautiful. He also likes to cook and play videogames. Neither of us smoke and drinking is very minimal, but thats not to say either of those things are prohibited here. Overall we share a pleasant laidback atmosphere and would love to find a third roommate who could vibe with us :). The landlord is very nice. Small pets are generally acceptable and I do have two female cats with me. Our lease renews every September, however our current third roommate leaving is sooner than that and so it would be a sublet situation until then. Ideally we would have a roommate as soon as possible but maybe we could work something out!
