Its a renovated unit on first floor. Washer dryer in unit. Its 3 min walk to walmart and located in south austin, closer to offices like ARM, NXP, AMD, Apple (south austin office). It 10 mins from texas capitol and 20 mins from domain. The room that you’ll be taking is a private bedroom. The bath is not attached. The community is simple and nice. Car parking is open.

Its a 2b2b. I am currently taking up the master bedroom which is slightly big and hence i agree on splitting the rent by sqft area. But the utilities, electricity, water.etc are to be split by 2. I am strictly vegetarian. So i am hopefully looking for someone who doesn’t cook meat at home. I am looking for someone who is working and not a student. I am also a tee totaler. But i am okay with the other person drinking as long as they keep in their limits. I would prefer the roommate to be non smoking in the house though.

I am a south indian but i do speak hindi. Looking for an indian roommate preferably.
