Right in the Heart of Boise, The Northend! Everything is in walking distance! Walking distance from 13th street hyde park, the co-op and downtown Boise. The green belt/river is a bike ride or longer walk away! Has it own access to it. Shared bathroom and Kitchen. I have cats, and cats are welcome. It can be furnished or not furnished and make it your own! Size of a dorm room 12×7 fits a twin size bed or queen mattess with out the frame, twin size is more reasonable for more space.

I am a single mom of a 16 year old son. I work hard from and away from home. And my son works fulltime and is busy with work/school and other activities. We are both somewhat more introverted but social in the right sistuation. 😉 We are optimistic and happy people, so expect someone to be the same as we prefer to be surrounded by other who are all there to lift and help grow!
