Jasmine's room

This property is freshly renovated and has spacious common areas. The kitchen, living room, and dinning room are furnished. The room that is being rented out is on the first floor at the end of the hallway. It can fit various bed sizes and still have room for a desk. I personally recommend a full size bed. The closet can be opened from two ends and can fit a dresser perfectly. The doors to the closet are the ones with mirrors. The bathroom is also renovated and has a new adjustable shower head. It has 4 different modes. There’s plenty of parking, and the driveway is first come first served basis. The garage has the washer and dryer. Which can be accessed through the side door or through the garage door. NO PETS PLEASE! We have a beautiful house dog and she thinks she’s a baby despite her size. She is also fully trained so we don’t want to have to go through that process with any new pets.

We are all working professionals and only two college students. We all love to hangout together. We’ve been living together for the past three years and looking for someone who is also chill and would like to be friends. For the most part we are all at work throughout the day and our days off vary. But on the days we all catch each other in the kitchen it’s like a nice gathering.
