Alexandra's room

A quick walk to downtown Healdsburg and to the nearest grocery store, and has modern utilities and high ceilings with large windows. Apartment is fully furnished minus the bedroom that is available. I have a cat so preferably no other pets, since I don’t know how she’d react. The only utilities outside the rent are wifi, heating, and electric.

I (25F) work in the hospitality industry and tend to work late. I like to come home and cook and watch some tv so if you are someone who goes to bed early and would be bothered by that level of noise this may not be the room for you. I’m pretty quiet and clean, and tend to spend my weekends relaxing and reading, but I love to host dinner parties once in awhile and would love to include my future roommate in that as well. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer and a beautiful kitchen space with lots of storage.
