General rules:

2. Light or social drinking is acceptable, but no routine alcoholic or drinking habits.
3. No pets.
4. Kitchen will be full furnished and loaded. Must clean kitchen and cooking area after cooking, no leftover or food over the counter over night.
5. Must keep common area clean and be respectful to others.
6. 2-3 recent pay checks or proof of income income required; monthly income has to be 3 times of monthly rent. Valid and acceptable Government issued ID is required.
7. No late night party or overnight guests.
