Marcello's room

Located 10 minutes from the Solano Mall and 18 minutes from the Vacaville Outlets. You’ll be within range of multiple grocery stores. Room for rent is single occupancy. You’ll have a room on the first floor with plenty of personal space and a small walk-in closet. You will be sharing a full bathroom with a double sink, along with access to the full bathroom upstairs as well. Currently three of the four bedrooms are occupied. All utilities, internet, and house cleaner will be split.

We will get along perfectly if you are clean, responsible, and respectful of others. Three of the four rooms are occupied by males. Each with their own work schedule. We all like to game, watch anime and other shows. Sometimes we will have bonfires or watch sporting events (mostly UFC fights). One roommate has a cat, for anyone who may have allergies. Currently, not looking to have any other pets.
