Graham's room

This is a new, fully furnished (by the homeowner as pictured) 4 bedroom house with three baths. It has a two car garage, a porch and in-unit laundry. We are looking for a third to join our lease. You would have a private bathroom. Utilities will be split three ways. You will need to apply and be approved by the rental company (we got approved in a day).

We are 2 active guys in our mid twenties who work remotely in tech. We’re looking for someone who is clean and respectful of common areas (can be as messy as you want in your room) and preferably, enjoys being active and ourdoors.
