Michael's room

Recently refurbished, 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse. There is street parking in front and a two-car garage. Two rooms are available to rent, one at $1200 and the other at $900. The $1200 room is on the 3rd floor and was widened by knocking down an adjoining wall between two separate bedrooms, creating a large bedroom. The $900 room is the basement room next to the garage, much more private than the other two bedrooms as both are on the 3rd floor. Smaller room overall but more removed from everyone else in the house. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are on the ground level. I’m currently picking out new furniture for these common area spaces, and I’ve already ordered a new stove, dishwasher, and fridge. There is also a front patio and back deck that can be accessed from the ground level. Finally, the property is situated in Ballantyne, one of the nicest areas in NC, and is close to a slew of amenities.

Hello, My name is Michael, I’m 24 years old and work in finance. I’m full-time in the office so I’m gone between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
