Humphrey Drive

The room for rent is fairly big and has a huge sliding door closet which can be used for personal storage. 2 story 2 bed (upstairs), 1.5 bath. Neighbors are awesome, shopping and restaurants near by. The bedrooms upstairs are separated by a full shared bath and small hallway to the stairs. 1/2 bath is downstairs. The place is fully furnished aside from room for rent. Full use of the house is more than ok.

I’m clean and quiet, work mornings full time, and prefer a roommate who is reliable, clean, does chores, and does not invite people over all the time. I work very early and prefer the house to be moderately quiet after 10 pm mon-fri.
