Maryanne's room

Bedroom located in a SFH in northern Anaheim. Near 91 / 57 / 5 fwys and less than 10 mins away from the Packing District and Disneyland. Rent includes all utilities, access to all shared areas, backyard, and there’s plenty of driveway and street parking available. Newly-renovated bathroom is located in hallway so will be shared with any guests, but mainly yours and we ask that you maintain its cleanliness. There’s a brand new washer and dryer located indoors. We also ask that you keep the shared areas neat and tidy and pitch into any routine cleaning (dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, taking out trash, etc) and we will do all the deep cleaning (mopping, washing windows, baseboards, etc). We also use the dishwasher and we would split any general household goods (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc) unless you have specific preferences.

The room can be furnished with a twin bed if requested. Pets are welcome, but they have to get along with the resident animals!

We’re a married couple in our late 20s who moved to Anaheim last year. She works in-office, and enjoys hiking, breweries, and baking; he works at home and enjoys movies, cars, and photography. We share a passion for concerts, traveling, and our chihuahua and British Shorthair kitten. We do like to entertain occasionally on weekends, but we keep pretty quiet during the week. We’re usually out and about during the weekends so we may ask you to feed the animals here and there if you’re available, but no worries if not!
