• It is an interior room so it does not get natural light
• Local area is quiet and has some great walking trails
• Large common space with big windows
• In unit laundry and dryer

Social guy in my early thirties. I like to host gatherings and parties at my place. I am a game developer and I work from home. I tend more towards being a night owl. A few of my interests include music, astronomy, theology, and games. Looking for someone who is down to build a solid living situation where both of us can thrive.
