This space is attached to the main home but has its own private entrance. It includes a bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette and dining/living area, not furnished. It’s ideal for students attending Mt Sac or CalPoly Pomona. Located close to 71, 10 and 60 fwy.
The rent includes all utility expenses, covering trash, water, electricity, and gas. However, during the summer months (July, August & September), there might be a shared peak charge for electricity, capped at $50 per month. Similarly, in the winter months (December, January, February), a shared peak charge for gas is applicable, with a maximum of $50 per month.
We kindly ask that you seek the homeowners’ approval before inviting guests over. This consideration ensures everyone’s comfort and privacy. Please note that visits after midnight or overnight stays are not permitted.
