Taliluna Avenue

Room in a 2bdr/2bth apartment in Sequoyah hills, beautiful neighborhood, dogs and cats friendly (but i think it has a limit on amount), has a pool, has AC, washer/drier, living room and kitchen furnished. Internet, KUB and some streaming services like Netflix, HBO, Hulu are on me. It is a smaller bedroom but it has a closet. 2nd floor. It will be a year lease staring June. My landlords have raised rent to a point that i am looking for smth cheaper or a roommate for this place.

The way the lease works, you will need to be able to pay rent during the whole term of a year. Smoking is outside. Would prefer someone not too loud and with some social life but not everyday partying.
