I’m Kyle. I’m originally from Pennsylvania, but I’ve been living in Charlotte for the past 7 years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often hangout with friends, go to restaurants, drink, sometimes party and party late, hike, bike, and workout.

I’m a sales director for a sports entertainment company, so I’m an huge sports fan. I work a pretty low key schedule during the week usually 11am -7ish from home. During the week, I’m usually in bed by midnight and up by 9-10. On the weekends, I’m usually asleep by 2-3 and up around 11

‍I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. Just pick up after yourself, it’s that’s easy lol

I live in the master bedroom, the guest bedroom is the bedroom that the roommate will sleep in. There is a full bathroom in there as well. Everything is furnished but if you want to bring your own stuff for the bedroom that’s totally cool. The garage has plenty of storage space.

The 3rd bedroom in the house is the top floor which is attached to the patio. I use this floor for a game room/hangout spot. There’s a couch up there and gaming set up. The rooftop patio is awesome!
