Available 9/1 for $1200/mo (All utilities included) with individual lease of optional duration and the possibility of extending. Looking for mature, responsible, professional, (preferably female per request of other female roommates due to shared bath, but open) as roommate/tenant.

The house is a gem…three floors with the available bedroom on the second floor. Available room is a good size with a big closet. Across the hall are two other tenant bedrooms occupied by incredibly friendly, clean, generous, and thoughtful females with good communication skills. Also one full bath and a separate study/sun room also on second floor.

First floor includes a large hall with a closet, adjacent living and dining rooms with high ceilings and decorative fireplaces, a large eat-in kitchen (including gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and laminate flooring), and another sun room in the back with a washer and dryer.

Some additional storage available in basement. Huge, enclosed backyard. 5-10 minute walk to Porter and Davis. Plenty of street parking. Sorry but no pets allowed, other than possibly a hypoallergenic dog…there’s already a five year old, 35 lb hypoallergenic dog living in the house :)
