One large bedroom available in a huge Victorian single family in Somerville on Summer St by Porter Square. Available 7/1 or sooner for $1150/mo (All utilities included) with individual lease of optional duration and the possibility of extending. Looking for mature, responsible, professional, (preferably female per request of other female roommate) as roommate/tenant that is fully vaccinated, boostered, and practices proper Coronavirus safety guidelines if ever necessary again.

The house is a gem…three floors with the available bedroom on the second floor. Available room is a good size with a huge walk-in closet. Across the hall are two other tenant bedrooms occupied by incredibly friendly, clean, generous, and thoughtful females with good communication skills. Also one full bath and a separate study/sun room also on second floor.

First floor includes a large hall with a closet, adjacent living and dining rooms with high ceilings and decorative fireplaces, a large eat-in kitchen (including gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and laminate flooring), and another sun room in the back with a washer and dryer.

Whole interior of house painted with new flooring in some rooms. Some additional storage available in basement. Huge, enclosed backyard. 5-10 minute walk to Porter and Davis. Driveway parking available for additional fee, but plenty of street parking. Sorry but no pets allowed, other than possibly a hypoallergenic dog…there’s already a two year old, 25 lb hypoallergenic dog living in the house :)

I, the owner, occupy the third floor of the house. The available bedrooms for rent as well as the common areas on first and second floors can be fully furnished, partially furnished, or not furnished at all depending on need of potential tenant.
