Furnished room in house with a pool, Wi-Fi, and all utilities included. Close to area shops and hospitals. Shared use of house, pool, kitchen privileges, and use of washer/dryer. Nice yard with chiminea and pool, close to the mall, hospitals and businesses, and easy access to get around town. Quiet neighborhood with parks nearby. Have fared well during the storms, with minimal damage. Must be employed outside of home and have a car. Outside smoking only. Sorry, no pets and no couples. I am an adult female with 2 dogs, and a family member also currently shares my home. The dogs are friendly and will win you heart as they are affectionate, greeting those who come to our home. If you want to socialize that is fine, or if you prefer privacy, we will respect your space.
