Furnished room in house with a pool, Wi-Fi, and all utilities included. Sorry, no pets and no couples. Close to area shops. Shared use of house, kitchen privileges, and use of washer/dryer. Must be employed outside of home and have a car. Outside smoking only. Rent is $800/month, and a $400 security deposit is required. Buster, my Boston, thinks he’s the man of the house, snoring and grunting, happy when playing. Bella, my Pyrenees, is my gentle giant. Michael, my son of another mother (millenial, won’t hold it against him), is good company. We enjoy hanging outside and by the pool.
