Rent is $840 plus utilities. You will have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom to yourself. I’ll be your roommate. The property Mgt company will do a background and credit check. I’m looking for a responsible, kind roommate that’s interested in a year lease starting this May. Pets: 1 cat or 1 dog will probably work out fine, as I do have 2 awesome cats that have gotten along well with both! I love keeping a clean, peaceful home.
