About the room
I have a Beautiful 2/2 condo in Hypoluxo Fl. I live in the master but have a spare bedroom with its own bathroom. The common areas include a kitchen, living room and small outside patio. The unit has a washer and dryer inside for laundry, AT&T fiber internet and basic cable. The neighborhood is a gated French Canadian neighborhood which means for half the year it is almost empty. The neighborhood has two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, gazebos and chair swings.
-the room has a twin bed and a bookshelf inside it but I can remove them if you want it unfurnished.
(I am looking for a young professional, drug free, no smoking, with a steady job. No pets)
**The HOA requires any renter to fill out a $100 non refundable application before I can rent the room to you. (The application has a background check and is required for your gate access and parking pass.)
About the roomies
I am a 35 year old male, I work full time as a generator technician. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am very easy going and like to make friends. I go to church every Sunday. I like to keep all common areas clean and inviting.
