I am looking for a roommate. Looking to rent 1 bed / 1 bath in a great apartment, located in Downtown Dadeland. Building has great amenities, from pool, to gym. Renting it for $1100.00 / month, ATT, FPL included. Parking not included. Looking for someone responsible, serious and respectful - Long term lease until March 2024. About the roomies
I am 28. I work a lot outside the home, mostly from Monday through Friday, and I keep my house very tidy and organized. I respect your time and would try to be quiet if you were sleeping or taking a nap. I am a very relaxed, happy person. Although I don’t host parties in my home, you are welcome to come have visit; this would be your new place!
