I’m offering a private bath& bedroom. I also have a second living room I do not use. Figure you could make that your own. No limits on guests or visitors. I figured we’re all adults. 900 a month flat. I live at 1149 timberland Dr SW lilburn GA 30047 (4bd3bath). One other roommate. She is 20y/o college student. If interested just contact me there no additional fees or bills. Quiet neighborhood normally. I have dogs but they have their own space behind the garage and in the gated back yard. Dogs are never in contact with the main house. Dogs are friendly and normally very quiet. Guess bedroom available for guess downstairs.
About the roomies
I am a 24 year old male Law School student. I have another roommate who is a 20 y/o female college student. Everyone has their own bathroom.
