Private bedroom with attached bathroom and walk in closet available for rent. It has its own separate living room attached. Utilities bills included, property has laundry available, and access to the kitchen. Looking for a clean and responsible person to share our new home with. We would appreciate someone who is respectful and considerate as it is a shared place. Utilities and internet will be covered within the rent, laundry available on site.

The property has 4 bedrooms. One of them is on suite (the one that is listed here). It has its own walk in closet and bathroom as well as living room that is fully furnished. As mentioned, it is a newly built home and it is fully furnished. Currently in the house it is just me and my fiance and my mother in law who is visiting here for a few months.
