Looking to host for a short term, responsible, friendly female! Calling in an aligned, conscious female for a month to month stay in my South Austin home 💫 Half of my 2x2 Home 🏡 Move in date is flexible! $950 is including utilities and all.

What is most important is openness to communication, being considerate, responsible, being a kind human, cleanly, and no additional pets (will potentially consider a lil one, though, we can chat).

Would love to have someone who is generally calm, nonsmoker or drinker etc, growth minded, healthy, optimistic, who treats the home as a sanctuary space to grow, create, heal, rest, and be. 😇

The Home:

The house will be completely furnished, including the room. Private bed and bath. Full access to common spaces, kitchen, backyard, etc. Speedy Google Fiber! The neighborhood is very peaceful and suburb friendly type with a cute walk-able duck pond. About 20 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic.
