Murray Hill Road

This is a two bedroom townhome with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room in walking distance to Case Western Reserve University. There is coin operated laundry in the basement. Water is included in rent, however gas, electric, and internet will be in my name and split equally.

My name is JaeHo Lee. I am a PhD student at Case from South Korea. I spend a lot of time in my room doing homework or playing video games. I am generally at work from 9-5 but have a very variable schedule so I may leave earlier or get home later. I like watching movies and listening to music, but won’t be too loud. I’m not much of a partier, so I prefer a quiet house.
