Minutes away from both Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, 10 minutes from Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Medicine main campus. Perfect spot for a grad student, resident or travel nurse.

The spare room itself is light and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It’s furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a stylish dresser. You’ll have your own bathroom. There is also an alternative option for a bedroom that is smaller but closer to the bathroom.

The rest of the house is just as lovely, with a spacious living room, a cozy den with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. I also have a beautiful backyard that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests.

Rent is $800/month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet with a 1 month deposit up front. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant who’s comfortable sharing common areas with myself, the homeowner. No smoking or pets allowed, sorry.
