Adam's room

Note: This is for two rooms for yourself. As a new homeowner, I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. I need someone who has the need for two rooms. I will not rent just one room. One can be your bedroom and the other could be for office space, storage or whatever you would like to use it for. In addition, there is large amount of storage space between the two rooms, as both have a large closet. The entire house has been newly remodeled, including the full bathroom all to yourself. You have full access to the entire house, kitchen, laundry and a huge back yard. The house sits on a large 8600 square foot lot and is 2200 square feet. There is plentiful parking in the driveway and street. It’s located at the end of court with virtually no street traffic. It’s a few minutes right off Highway 85 and Blossom Hill.

I live here with my girlfriend. I recently bought the house and have been living here for about a month. Please be aware we have cats.
