About the room
Just moved into this ~3000 sqft house right in the heart of Hawthorne. There’s a ton going on for food and entertainment. It’s also a quick walk to Fred Meyer for groceries.
My hope is to have the place set up well to entertain, though the current layout is definitely open for discussion. There’s also space for some storage and/or a good workshop.
I have two dogs, which sadly means we’re at the pet limit. Both pups are lovable, and for very different reasons 😅
Two rooms are available: Ground floor room is 11’x11’ with a semi-connected bathroom. Upstairs room is 13’x13’ and has two closets, including a walk-in.
About the roomies
Filling 2 rooms, so if you’re the first you can help decide on the second. I’m looking for folks that want to get to know one another.
I’m a 36yo and have been living with others in multiple states since college. The kind of extrovert I am, it just makes me happier to have good people around. I like to stay really active, though that can range from board/video-games to hiking/biking to concerts/parties. My brain is constantly searching for jokes in a conversation, and in typical Bostonian fashion, part of the way I show affection is through ribbing.
