Juls's room

Private room in beautiful historic house (1903) with inviting front porch and backyard, in quiet neighborhood. The room can be furnished or empty, depending on the needs. Fully furnished shared dining room, living room and kitchen, private bathroom. The house has two stories and I’m mostly using the upstairs.

I’m from germany, an artist, avid climber and outdoor enthusiast and am looking for a new roomate! :) I’m 38 years old, have a German shepherd husky mix and am married but living separated. Clear communication skills, cleanliness and respect are my top priorities.
