Sweet place with a large balcony, you would be living in the master bedroom on the 16th floor, the building is 18 floors tall. Comes with two closets, a walk in closet and an additional sliding door closet, with of course your own private bathroom and shower etc. There is a floor plan photo attached, sorry its blurry haha.
Building has a pool, hot tub, a solid gym, and is right by the water.
If the room is over your budget the other guy and or I would be down to trade rooms to reduce your rent cost!
