Kalea's room

Hey everyone! This apartment is located at BLVD 63 near SDSU, it even has a shuttle that takes you there that’s separate from the city bus. There’s two resort style pools, valet trash pickup, a pretty view, in unit washer and dryer, and it even has a parking garage that’s only $25 for the whole year! The whole apartment is furnished ,the bedroom it comes with a full size bed, desk, and drawers. I’m not sure how much the security deposit is so I set it to 0 for now.

My name is Kalea, I’m going to be a junior at SDSU in the fall, currently 19 but I turn 20 in november (young for my grade but wtv lol), I love shopping , I have two cats, one lives with my boyfriend and the other lives here. They’re both super super sweet and cuddly! There’s one other girl her name is Kylie she’s 20 and is also going to be a junior in the fall, I love her she’s one of my besties! Looking for another roomate to be friends with and hangout , go to the beach, go on trips or parties together! Kylie doesnt smoke (I only do very occasionally) so if you do, please do it on the patio or in your room like I do haha. Please no bringing home loud friends 24/7 😭There was an issue a while back with an old roomate constantly bringing people over and being loud, not cleaning up and stuff. Obviously bring whoever you want over , you live here too haha, just be mindful. I do have my boyfriend over a lot but he’s quiet and very nice.
