Marcello's room

Currently three of the four bedrooms are occupied. Active renovations (painting, landscaping). This room has a small walk-in closet and will be on the first floor. Two shared full bathrooms.

All roommates are males. Everyone is respectful and keeps to themselves. Sometimes we are active with bonfires, UFC (sports events), not house parties. One roommate has a cat, not looking at adding anymore pets.
