About the room
Looking for a fifth roommate!
Amazing and spacious apartment one block north of Union Square. Three of us already live here, we’re renewing the lease. Lease starts either May 15 or July 1, whichever works best for you (we can have subletters arranged through August if needed).
More about the apt: very large 5bd/2ba, 2,000 sq/ft, and a living room with a ton of natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms are all modern / gut renovated. Rent is $2200. In unit washer/dryer (vented so it actually dries clothes), central A/C and heat, and a ton of closet and storage space. Room available for rent is Room #2, 10x9’ ft.
About the roomies
Who are we? We’re a group of guys all age 24-26. We work in tech, consulting, real estate, and finance. Two of us are runners who go to bed and wake up pretty early, and one of us is a part time student so we’re a pretty busy and chill bunch. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person (we are all clean and keep the apt clean/clean up).
