The upstairs master bedroom suite is occupied part-time by the landlords daughter, grandson and two small friendly dogs. Quiet residential property in Grover Heights, easy quick Hwy 101 access to San Luis Obispo, CalPoly (just 15 miles North), Santa Maria(19 miles South). Close to beach with view of ocean and dunes. One garage parking spot. Utilities paid. No smoking or parties. Grover Beach classifies any rental of 30 days or less as a vacation rental, which this is not! The master bed/bath is rented by the manager (our daughter), her 9 yo son, and her 2 King Charles Spaniels. She teaches at the university level and splits her time between Grover Beach and the Bay area.
