Hello! I am trying to sublet my apartment for the summer, as I am moving home. You will have a private bedroom, with 3 closets, that easily fits a queen bed. The space is around 800 square feet, with a private roof, and a view of village and the mountains! The living space (and my room) had a lot of natural light, with large windows. There is also in-unit washer and dryers located in the bathroom, a furnished living room, and a full kitchen (with dishwashers fridges stovetop, microwave, oven). by subletting over the summer, I will be removed from the lease and replaced by you. If you love the apartment, you will have the chance to renew the lease for next year (if you choose). The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the north end of campus, a 13 minute walk from U village, and a 10 minute walk to the University Way Link station. While its across from a frat, the noise is minimal, with the exception of about 3 nights a quarter where partying is relevant. The complex advocates a smoke free environment, however my roommate doesn’t mind smoking in unit. Honestly a great apartment, and im sad im leaving. But I move to Spokane for graduate school in July and can’t be paying two rents for that amount of time. Please feel free to reach out!
