RJ's room

I have 1 room available in my 4 bedroom 3,100 sq. ft home. I am in the master bedroom, have a roommate in the basement, and there are 2 rooms open upstairs. One of which is a guest room I’m keeping available for anyone who wants to come visit, which is rarely occupied. Shares a bathroom with the room available, however, generally my guests use my shower/bathroom. I doubt there will be much sharing going on, if any. Fenced in, spacious backyard with Mountain View! Rooms have the basics (ie. Night stand, lighting, bed), but are otherwise decoration free so you can make it homey. Both come with a private bathroom. Live about 20 minutes north of Denver in a poppin’ little subdivision/area. Easy access to the light rail into Denver ($6 daily round trip), or a quick drive. Ah, and a ton of local spots for entertainment (top golf, breweries, restaurants, etc.)

I’m a 28 year old profession and it’s me and my roommate Adam here. I’m super friendly/easy going, love mountain biking and skiing, and generally just like good company. I like to keep my home tidy and am super respectful of others, as is Adam. Ideally I’d like to find a roommate that is looking for an easy going and friendly environment to explore this freakin’ awesome state.
