Luxury apartment loft with balcony available Aug 2023 with underground reserved parking. Pets allowed. It’s downtown Iowa City in a secure building with a large lobby with couches and a big elevator. The location downtown is superb. It’s across the street from the farmer’s market, across the street from New Pioneer Co-op grocery store, College Green Park is a block away, and SpareMe Bowl & Arcade is about a block away. There are 20 restaurants and clubs within a five minute walk from the apartment. There are panoramic views through the windows.

1 bedroom, 1 bath with high end finishes. When you walk into the apartment, the first thing you’ll see are massive loft windows across the whole wall facing downtown. The living room is large. The floor is vinyl (easy to clean) except in the bedroom, which has carpet. There’s a washer/dryer in the apartment across from the bedroom closet (very convenient). Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Blinds installed for all windows.
