I am looking to move out and get a roommate. I’m listing my current apartment for a lease take-over.

750 sqft. Bedroom is 16 x 12. 1 bed, 1 bath, two patios, new appliances, carpeted bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, built-in shelving, fireplace, a ceiling fan in the dining area.

My current lease ends August 13th.

You will get back my security deposit of $1000 whenever you decide to move, so I am requesting you to pay me for the deposit since you’ll get mine back. There’s also a transfer fee of $300, I would hope to split it 50/50 with whoever moves in.

The apartment complex listed these items for the process:

1. $51 application fee, paid to the complex with a money order.
2. Background check.
3. Credit check.

It’s a great complex with two heated pools, a hot tub, a dog park, a gym, and very near to the interstates.
