Listed 4/11/2023; if it’s up it’s available! My roommate and I (23M/21M) are looking for 2 LGBTQ+ friendly roommates to join us this Fall in a 4x4 at The Social. The lease runs from 8/18/23-7/31/24, although you can move-in earlier. It’s a 12-minute drive to campus, right next to the 42 bus route, and has lots of shops nearby. It’s ~$860/mo ($799 base rent + utilities). We’re looking for roommates who are considerate, responsible, and communicative. Any gender is welcome. We’re both USF students; I’m an incoming grad student studying School Psychology and my roommate is an undergrad (senior) studying Psychology. We’re both fairly introverted and prefer a more low-key environment (no big parties). Into thrifting, collecting antiques, mindfulness, houseplants, hiking, cycling, etc. We have a lot of experience with many different types of roommates. I personally get along with most anyone but I do best with roommates who are responsible, accepting, and value communication. We’re looking to cultivate an affirming + accepting space where people are comfortable to be themselves. We both don’t smoke or drink often, but we’re accommodating of others’ choices.
