Todd's room

Two bedrooms are for ONE person only. (IE: Sleeping room and private den.) Two story home in a small, safe, private neighborhood with full upstairs available. (I will consider furnishing with a with a twin or queen bed.) Area includes 2 bedrooms with a full bath in between that opens to a private sitting area on a porch. Shared kitchen, and laundry. Also, fenced in private patio in backyard, free parking available. (must be well kept auto)

Active, retired male occupies master suite and bath, keeps kitchen and laundry area clean. Roomies are expected to do the same. Occasionally has visitors with a dog. No cats allowed. No loud people or blasting music, absolutely no smokers, inside or out. Must have verifiable income and employment. No overnight guests. Must be compatible to current/future Roomie.
